Does anyone know where I can find sample answer to a complaint. I need to use it as a guideline for school. any help would be great!

The claim is violation of civil rights, including:

Count I: Sexual Harassment
Count II: Quid Pro Quo
Count III: Retaliation
Count IV: Intentional Inflection of Emotional Distress
Count V: Assault and battery against the employee

My Prayer of relief states:


PRAYER OF RELIEF
Wherefore, Plaintiff, respectfully requests this court provide the following equitable and legal remedies for relief.
a. Advance this on the docket, order a speedy hearing at the earliest practice date, and cause this to be expedited in every possible way.
b. Order a permanent injunction prohibiting Defendant form further acts of sex discrimination and sexual harassment.
c. Award Plaintiff all costs of litigation, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expert fees and expenses.
d. Award Plaintiff, a judgment against Defendant for reinstatement back pay and other compensatory damages.
e. Award Plaintiff prejudgment with interest.
f. Grant judgment against Defendants for punitive damages for willful and unjustifiable conduct.
g. Enter and order requiring Defendant to implement effective steps to eliminate sex discrimination and sexual harassment from the Defendant’s organizations.
h. Grant such other and further relief as a court deems just and proper.
