OK so here's the deal... About a week ago I noticed that I had what I had thought was a pimple on the top side of my penis so I left it alone to do what pimples do best, pop themselves, well the other day after my girlfriend of 1 yr and I finished having intercourse I noticed it had grown a little and she asked what it was so I said it was a pimple. Well now tonight I was going to the bathroom I noticed that I had a reddish bump about 2cm in diameter with a whitehead on it on the side of my penis near the base of the shaft so I popped it and it had a puslike discharge and then bled for a few seconds while the pimple looking thing is still there but has gotten smaller... long story short is this an std because I don't have insurance or the money to go get tested and there is no reason I should have one and I am very scared because that was my first thought

No one hear can diagnose you. We can only make educated guesses. The best thing to do would be to see a doctor who can physically examine you in person.
