I am confused about the words "binning". The whole sentence is "With one-second binning of the signals, nominal performance is approximately 0.010 m-1 for wavelengths below 450 nm, and approximately 0.002 m-1 for wavelengths 450 and above." does one-second mean 1/2 in this sentence?
