Hello
I have made a motion at court for being denied visitation access of my children. Do you think I need a lawyer concerning this?

You may or you may not have a lawyer-it is up to you. But it is always better to have a lawyer than not to have one.

I couldn't hurt. They aren't THAT expensive, especially for a single issue such as this. Think of it this way... if a lawyer could help you win, wouldn't it be worth it to spend the money?
