My husband and I are being sued by an insurance company on behalf of our landlord/co-tenant. The pipes in the house caused flooding on all floors and it has been confirmed that the damage was from faulty pipes. We cannot afford an attorney (7 kids). We filed an answer to their motion to strike our answer but now we just want this to go away. It seems as though they're spending a lot more time on legal than the actual $2K that they're suing us for. So the question is - On what grounds can we file a motion to dismis:confused:s?
