Hi I'm trying to loose weight by exercising but I get tired very quickly. What could I do to exercise longer?also what are the most fat burning exercises?

Cardio is best for fat burning. Also a diet higher in protein and less in carbohydrates. What type(s) of exercises do you do? You might want to start by brisk walking on a treadmill until you gain or build up endurance. Brisk walking alone is very good just for starters. You can also do the same on a (stationary) bike if preferred. This way you control the speed and resistance. If you're just starting you want to slowly get stronger. If you want something more fun and creative, look in your area for maybe a dance class or Jazzercise which is fun and helps burn fat. The teacher won't over work you. They'll see what level you are on and guide you. Eventually, you shouldn't get so tired as fast. Good luck to you and you can do it.

Depends on your state of fitness. Cycling a road bike is a great way to get fit, as you will keep going until you reach your destination. And since it is transport, you'll do it more often.

Weight training is not normally considered cardio, but it will get your heart rate up and will burn fat. More important, it means that you continue to burn fat when you have finished exercising, so you burn more fat overall.

Running is probably the best gym fat burning exercise, but not many people will run for long enough to provide a significant result.
