I am 16, and I was wondering if anyone knew a website or anything about the emancipation laws. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You.

Be able to afford to live on your own, not share a apartment with a boyfriend or girlfriend.
You will need the money to hire an attoreny and file. You also will need a reason, abuse, neglect or more.

Thank You. My situation is that I am going to work a lot over summer, and I want to move out next fall.

You have posted a similar question in the past. As I recall, you are 16. It would appear to me (because it's what you've stated) that your mother is not going to allow you to be emancipated and, until you finish high school, I don't think it's possible.
Has she changed her mind about allowing you to live with your father?

Its not even her who doesn't want me to live with him. He is too "busy". My mom told me that I could move out when I was sixteen, but I think she was just using it as something to hurt me. She was emancipated at 16. I really don't know. I guess what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
