When I get hot or even eatsomething kind spicy my nose and a small area around it gets beat red. What causes this and what can I do about it. Its very embarrassing.

Although I am not a doctor or anything, it sounds like Rosacea (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acne_rosacea).

You might see if this describes what you are experiencing. To the best of my knowledge, there are effective treatments.
