I live in a mobile home. I have 2 bathrooms. In the bottom of the shower unit in 1 bathroom, which is not used, is about 2 inches of water. Both toilets have excess water in them. And in the bathroom that is used the sink does not let water come out. At one point in time, the water in that sink was just rust, all orange, not spotty. I was wondering what could cause this. The inside of the house has been consistently warm, so I don't believe that the pipes are frozen. I rent and do not want my landlords to say I aused this so I'm trying to find out what it could be caused from. I do not know if the underneath is insulated or not. If it could be frozen why would water come up the piping when it is never used. Any possible explanation would be helpful and very appreciated.

Thank you.

Your drains are either clogged or frozen. You need to have it snaked ( or melt the ice ) in order for drains to function properly.
