My personal vote is for, that I find cooking to be a good way to excel creativity and relaxation and is also something that I find to be fun and enjoyable.

Hi Rol my very dear old friend how on earth are you?
I'll go with the first two after all it was my job for long enough, now I get the pleasure of cooking for Ben and the kids.

I would opt for:-

You see it is one of my hobbies.
My specialities are soups, especially concoctions.
Example:- Lobster bisque without lobster.
This is a well known recipe which I published
About 20 years ago.
Contents:- Ordinary pumpkin soup .
Blend in a first class tin of Red Salmon.
Add half a cup of dry sherry.
Do not forget the ground pepper.
