I have a small dog that I took to the vet. She put her on amoxi for possible stomach problem. Chelsea my dog now is eating and not getting sick or trying to get sick, but she still will not drink. I am very worried about her she is 4 yrs old and a miniature schnauzer.
I am a single parent and can not afford to take the pet to the vet again. Is there anything I can do, or any idea what is wrong with her. Please help

Could you add water to her food so she at least gets more liquid that way?

Since you have already taken her to the vet, call and talk with that person for more ideas. Mention that you can't afford to bring her back in, so maybe the vet will wheel and deal with you about payment. Barter and say you'll bring in homebaked cookies or cupcakes for another vet visit...
