When my HP VS17d monitor comes out of sleep mode there is a blank screen and the blue power light blinks. Sometimes after more than 10 minutes it will start operating.

I am having the same problem. Did you ever find a solution?

I have an HP vs17d monitor and it has the same problem that I've seen many others post on the internet - After the PC and monitor would go into sleep mode, the monitor would not come back on for 5 or 10 minutes. This is after hitting anything on the keyboard or mouse. Now, the monitor won't come on at all. The power switch on the side of the monitor is flashing it's blue ligt but the monitor or sound will not come on.



I've plugged in two other monitors to the PC and they both work fine. I've also plugged the HP monitor into another PC and it doesn't work on the other PC either. It's obviously a flaw with the monitor.



Any solutions? Is it covered under a warranty?
