I need to file with IRS one form 1099 for 2008 with form 1096. May I print these forms on white paper or must I print use the preprinted "red" scannable forms?

You MUST use the preprinted "red" scannable forms, which can be gotten from your local IRS office or purchased at a office supply store like Office Depot or Staples.
