Good evening everone
Its my first participation on this Forum, my question is about natural medication ,I'm having trouble to sleep and I just began to take VALERIAN after lots of research but I like to know if I can mix it with gingko biloba and L-lysine and also cat's claw tablets please let me know
I really need to take them. I alread know about some side effects if I mix with alcohol or any other barbiturates . This Herb-Drug Interactions | Vhi Healthcare (http://www2.vhi.ie/topic/herbdrug) website has more info about this but I am still in doubt
Valerin for sleep gingko biloba for bad circulation , L-lysine and cat's claw for cold sore with helps boost my immune system
Thank you regards
Daniel :)

I take ginkgo in the morning and the valerian at bedtime.
You could take the lysine and cat's claw in the afternoon.
I don't see any problem with taking all these but I wouldn't take them all at bedtime
