Yeah, so i've been going to the gym
for a longg while now and i've had barely any results.
It's not like i'm going to the gym to get muscle either, i just
want a flater stomach. that's it. and nothing is helping.
do you any way i could lose weight effectively?

yeah drink half a cup of castor oil a day ^_^

you'll see dramatic changes in less than a week.

Mix up your routine if you aren't already. Don't do the same thing every time you go to the gym. I recommend pilates! They're a lot of fun!
