Well, honestly if your under 18 there isn't much you can do. Figure out why she doesn't like him so much then assume that your in her shoes and think about what it is that you can do to convince her to let you be with him. I'm sure that she knows 1 way or the other your going to find a way around her rule, so what you need to do is make a compromise. Maybe by asking if you only saw him somewhere that she would allow. ( Your house, movies, friends, etc.. ) If she has a personal problem with him then it won't work or if it's because of his age, obviously then she has no choice and you shouldn't get mad at her.
