I was wanting to know for sure how to bread the bor chops I was making tonight. I was thinking that you just dip them in eggs and then roll them in flour and then put them in the skillet with some oil? Is that right?

Mix a bunch of bread crumbs with some spices(garlic, onion powder, etc.); In my opinion, it tastes much better than just flour. Dip it in the eggs, then the batter and repeat a few more times.

1) Roll them in flour first.
2) Dip them in a beaten up egg with a little
Bit of milk.
3) Roll them in bread crumbs.
4) Season with salt and pepper.
5) Fry in deep pan with olive oil until brown on both sides.

OK, I just didn't have many ingredients and wasn't wanting to make a trip to the store. I think I will make it just fine. Thanks A lot!

I usually dip them in egg and then a mixture of italian seasoned bread crumbs (Progresso brand) I mix garlic powder, pepper and cajun seasoning in with it.
