I am trying to print but although text on screen won't show in print preview or print? Pauline :confused:

Have you been able to print anything from Word ever?
Can you print from Notepad?

I have been using Word for years - then had this problem! I have tried printing 'hidden text' hiding in Word Options and then display. Lo and behold it has worked. I have now set up a template which is right - hopefully this will sort out future problems. Thanks for your response! Pauline

I have just fixed this myself after months of stress by using my computer's troubleshooter (I have advent) it was printer port at fault in the end and I had to uninstall the port the printer was on and re select a new one, the process took a little while and I had to restart the computer once. I would highly suggest clicking on START then HELP AND SUPPOPRT and going from there as I had tried everything by that point x
