I have a maple chase thermostat and had the same problem as everyone with the batteries going low. Changed the batteries and pressed the reset button. Still cannot get the heat to come on. I have reset rumerous times and changed batteries numerous times. Still not working. It does give me the time and temperature though, and can be adjusted and programmed. I know the furnace is not the problem, because I do have 2 other thermostats and they work.

Suggestions?

I would suggest throwing the mapel chase away and using one of the tstats you have that does work
