I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Rattler remote starter installed. I have recently lost both sets of keys to my vehicle. When the Rattler was installed an additional key was used in the process. Is it possible to remove this key and use it to drive to the dealer. If so how do I go about doing so. Thanks.

Do you have the sales slip for the starter? Have you contacted the dealer to see if they have a record of the install? This should allow the dealer to recreate the key.

Nope. I am hoping I can remove the key and use it to drive to the dealership.

You'll have to locate the bypass module that the spare key was placed into. I'm not sure how your remote starter was set up; the one I had for my Taurus instructed you to wrap the wiring harness around the spare key and put the module back together. If that's the case in your vehicle, you shouldn't have a problem using that key to drive to the dealer.
