I live in the state of PA, and I feel forced to "kick out" my 21 year old daughter. She recently had a job, but quit due to a break up with her boyfriend. At that time I told her that she would be required to find work within the next 30 days or I would ask her to please leave. She found work last week but is now just going to quit again. I do not ask for any money from her. I provide her car insurance, phone bill and all house expense costs. All I ask of her is to provide for her own personal needs i.e.. clothes, gas, etc. What procedure do I need to go through in order to get her out of my house? I will not enable her to do or be nothing.

Give her a 30-day notice to move out. If she refuses, file for eviction. Your daughter will not learn anything if you continue to pay her bills for her.

Quitting a job because of a breakup is completely irresponsible and unacceptable, and she needs to learn that. What would she have done if she had her own place, and her rent was due? Tell the landlord, "Sorry, I broke up with my boyfriend"? She needs to learn what the real world is like.
