Hello,
The father of my child lied in the court of law that he had added his name to our child's birth certificate. No father is named however my child has his last name. If no father is listed, can I change my child's last name to mine? If so would it hold up if both parents recoginized each other as the parents in court.

The child has a father and he has rights. You cannot change the child's name without his consent.
