I was on L2 visa in 2007, I applied for my EAD and took up a job here in US. Validity of my L2 visa and EAD is till 2010.
My Employer applied for my H1B and the H1B approval came with the change of status.So from 1st Oct 2008 I was on H1b.( not stamped on the passport), I resigned in Dec 2008 and went to my home country and reeneterd US on my old L2 visa. So now I am on L2 visa and Status.
Is my old EAD still valid and I can take up a job on that? Or do I need to apply for a new EAD?

Your L-2 is OK but you need to file for a new EAD.

I came on L2 visa just few days ago, I am applying for EAD. Can you let me know what all to be completed while applying EAD and any idea how long it is taking now days to get EAD on L2.
