Blower for AC unit stopped working, the condenser unit is working outside. When switched from automatic to manual mode on thermostat the blower does not come on either. Set thermostat on the heat mode and the blower motor did come on. Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if you are getting power to the motor, that would be my first check. Then I would start checking relays.
