Hey.
I've been on cheer squads before. But I'm looking to get better with stuff. Like pikes toe touches etc. what are some exercises I can do to help be get better at them.
Also with handsprings tucks etc.
PLEASE HELP ME.

Get rubber bands and connect them to both ankles it makes you stronger
