Hi! I am searching for my biological father. My mother says while she was working at Fermi in Newport, MI back in 1985, she had a date with a man who was a contractor there named Jesse Patrickson. She says it was one date only so she knows little about him other than "she thinks" he may have had family in Pennsylvania. She also said he was a tall, good-looking blue-eyed blonde. I don't know how much of her story is true, but every time I ask her the details are few but consistent. My mother's name is Loretta Moore.
I'm not looking for anything from this man other than to know what he's like and most importantly, to know his medical history. I can't seem to find him online anywhere... Does anyone have any suggestions?

Unfortunately, the information needed is with your mother and Jesse Patrickson Do you have an approximate age for him? Also, try derivatives of his name, (ie) J, James, Jess, Jesse. Possibly, working together, someone maybe able to assist you on your quest. There are a number of Patrickson's, fortunately, there are few listings for J. Patrickson.

Which search engines have you been using to inquire about him? Have you tried Google, ZabaSearch, MySpace, or Whitepages? Just to name a few.

From what my mom has said, I believe he would be in his 50s, possibly 60s at the oldest.
I have searched Google, Whitepages.com, Yahoo, MySpace, Facebook and various other ones over the past few years. I haven't tried ZabaSearch though. I've tried a few variations of the name also (after all, it was one date 24 years ago!). I also took a shot in the dark and contacted the company that owns Fermi asking what contract companies would have been working there in that time. I waiting for the response on that. I don't know if they will tell me anything, but I figured its worth a try.

By the way, should he find this, my mother's name was Loretta Stoddard at the time. I accidentally listed her with her married name...

Thanks so much! I'm iffy about his name too which is why this feels like a wild goose chase.

It probably is a long shot but you may be on the right track researching contractors at Fermi during that time. I agree that the name Jesse Patrickson maybe a wild goose chase but I, along with a lot of other great researchers, will help where we can.

Not sure on the 80's, but it appears it was someone she did not know well of course and this could have been a nick name. Who knows for sure, his real name could be george.

You're completely right Fr_Chuck. It is so frustrating!

Have you tried Jesse Patterson instead of Patrickson
