I purchased a new home with the Rannai Hot water on demand. I notice that in the ensuite bathroom sinks, it take a minute or so for the water to heat up which I understand in normal, however, after the water warms up it only lasts a minute and then it gets cold again and then it takes another minute to warm upa again. Any ideas as to what the problem could be? Your help is appreciated

How many elements does your "on demand heater" have and what wattage are they?
Your unit might be too small to handle the lode. Regards, Tom
