Well, they are not to pleasant, First comes wage garnshment if your state allows and then your bank accounts can be "frozen"meaning the creditor can dip into your accounts and then any checks you have that have not cleared will bounce, so see it is a headache, one to be avoided if all possible and some states may allow a lien to be put on your property or car not to metion a judgement stays on your credit report for 10 to 20 years and may even be renewed.
