You need to contact someone about this. Where did she make the purchase from you? Online or in person?

She purchase it from my sister-in-law's friend's online store, they already made an appeal to the credit card Company but the ball is not on their court regardless of all the documents that they provided, but they are appealing,. isn't that ridiculous!

I had a customer cancel her credit card transaction once; we called her bank, sent over the paperwork showing she authorized the transaction and the money was eventually redeposited into our account.

If you have receipts showing that the product was shipped and received, then it shouldn't be an issue getting your money back.

Yes, everything was recorded on their shopping cart, shipped & delivered to the address on the order/invoice.
Guess, what, I just got a word from my friend, they tried emailing this person, telling her that she's a bad person for doing that, and she replied with something like this; thank you and have a very nice day!
Oh my gosh... what a con!!:eek:
I wish I could just choke her...:mad:

Sorry for your frustration. Personally, I wouldn't contact her anymore. She obviously has no intention of doing the right thing. Let her credit card company sort it out.

Yup, that's what I told them, they don't need unnecessary aggravation and to stop contacting this person, you are absolutely right.
