I have a cat who is about a year and a half old and I got her from my sister who breeds dogs and cats. My Mom was holding her one day, dropped her, and the side of her face hit a garbage can. Ever since then she's been acting very.. different. She's been a lot more close to me, she seems very hyper all the time, when she's sitting down her back, ears, and tail twitch. Also when her tail moves too fast she will jump and run away. I'm not sure if I'm overreacting but if there is something wrong with her I would want to know asap. Thanks

Well, if it looked like she had been hurt during her fall, she should have been taken to the vet right away. A hard hit to the head can be very dangerous for any living creature. When did this happen? Has she seen a vet since then?
