I think if you healthy than your solution eat regularly. I have the same problem I use to say I eat a lot and everything. Not true now I'm watching myself closely and I know that I miss mill here and there, I'm to active all the time doing something when ever I sit down I eat a lot but how much can you eat in one sit down? If you don't eat all day only in afternoon than your to full to eat after a whole meal... If you eat regularly you will get some result. Good luck

Hello Livelifecool... I have the same problem, like yourself I am always on the go or stressed over something, even though I eat plenty I do not put weight on... well only for a short period, then it disappears again.

Have you tried eating very late at night, this way you will not be able to burn up the calories before you go to bed, hopefully a little may stay on.
You could go to your GP and ask him to referr you to a dietician who will perscibe a healthy diet that will help you to retain weight if it really bothers you, on the other hand if personally you are quite happy about your weight then as long as you eat healthily and there are no other health problems, then I really wouldn't worry.

Some people say that everyone has their own weight balance... by that I mean, no matter how they change their eating habits... diet or not... they will always return to their original weight because that is what they are meant to be.
Not sure if that's correct, but it is in my case.

If you eat a lot of protein, this burns fat. If you're on the go all day or most of the day, you're body becomes like a "hot box". It's as if you are working out. The level depending on what it is you do. Once you get your metabolism going, especially if you're young, your body will burn calories throughout the day more and faster. You can try to add more carbs to your diet. I know of a situation where a doctor actually advised someone to eat Hagaan dazg(spelling?) ice cream because it's the ice cream with the highest fat content. It was only temporary because the person really needed to gain weight. I don't want to recommend you do this though as I do not know of any health conditions you may have. Plus if you're not used to eating dairy or high fat foods, this could upset your system. A doctor would be much better off to recommend this for you. Good luck to you and I'm actually a little jealous.
