If I apply for the visa before my wife s course start & when she is with me ,will there be any problem to my wife visa
Please tell me what documents I should submit for dependent of student visa in detail

When one applies for student visa, he/she can also applies dependent visa for spouse at the same time, OR after the student visa is approved.
