Recently re-run Winxp sp3 and my markvision USB mouse even when recognize by windows it just stuck. Any sugestions?

Try unplugging all other USB devices...
Can you borrow a mouse from someone else to test?

Things to try:

Make sure the USB's are enabled in your BIOS

Uninstall ALL usb drivers - reboot - re-install all drivers (not just mouse/printer etc.. But also the Motherboard USB drivers)
