I was working on rewiring my cd player because 3 of my speakers stop working and burned something but replaced the radio fuse under hood and worked again. Also tinkled with my old cd player to see if speakers work and 3 of them did but I put my after market one back in after re wiring and it worked fine after replacing fuse under hood . I went to leave and my damn car won't start it wants to catch but don't also cd player went out again and pulled it out and seen little smoke. Friend told me that it might be the fuel pump and al that stuff because we checked for humming sound and he said no sound and I don't have a fuse layout so I had to check them one by one but they seem to be fine and can't remember if I misplaced them. Please need help

Learn to use a multimeter to check under-dash and under-hood fuses. It's much faster and you don't run the risk of replacing a fuse in the wrong slot. Check under-dash fuse no. 18, 7.5A, BLU/WHT, going to the ECM, PGM-FI main relay. Also, check under-hood fuse no. 31, 15A, YEL/WHT, going to PGM-FI main relay. Turn ignition ON, set multimeter to DCV, touch leads to test points on top of fuse, measure voltage.
