The drive clutch lever on my Honda HS724 snowblower doesn't work. There is no resistance at all, so no way to propel the snowblower. Is this a simple fix or an expensive proposition?

Check the cable at both end, when you move the handle does the cable move at the other end, is it connected at that end?
