What does one do if (1) they have no federal deposit coupon (Form 8109), and can (2) cannot get a substitute form (Form 8109-B) on time to make a timely payroll tax deposit?

Blanks have been ordered, but tax deposits are slightly past due, and we are being informed the blank forms will take 6 weeks to arrive.

Go online and register for EFTPS. I believe (Although I can't remember) that you can make a payment over the phone!? Other than that, check with your bank to see if you can make a payment there.
