I have 2 kids and I'm on ssi and disablity. I got to claim last year because of the stimulms package. Im also divorced, father still owes for medical bill. So can I this year?

If you got the stimulus payment last year, to date there is NO further payment due to you, so filing makes no sense.

That may change with the new Congress coming into session, but, for right now, you have no reason to file.
