Do you visit the child on a regular basis. Is the child calling you from time to time.

What court ordered visits are there. Does the court order say that you have a right to contact the school. Do you have joint legal custody ? And she just have phsycial custody?

In my child custody order it specificly says I have a right to see school records and so on.

And do you care if they call the mother, as long as you find out how the child is doing.

You have basically no rights till you go to court and get a court order in writing

I certainly hope for your children's sake that I'm interpreting that the wrong way.
