I'm trying to find a movie thinking its from the 90's.. the only thing I remember from the movie is a young girl (christina ricci?) is in a sub way strung out on drugs and is wearing the gothic type stly of clothing (black leather, flatop boots, and so on). I also think she is being chaced by someone in the movie but I'm not sure
