I have had a rash appear on the top of my cheeks and up the side of my eyes but NOT above the eyes on the 02/01/2009. They are red blotches about the size of an adult thumb nail they don't itch but sometimes feels like a very fait burning sensation. I have used some aftershave which was about 5 years old two days later this rash has appeared I have had it for 17 days now .iv taken antiboiotics but there is no change

You have to go back to the Doctor who prescribed the antibiotics and ask. Why did the Doctor, by the way, prescribe antibiotics for a skin rash?

Do the red spots ever run together and give the appearance of a mask?

The spots never join up to make a mask , they just flare up and go back down
