If she goes for child support he can ask the court for a DNA test to prove or disprove paternity.

Yeah - if she goes to court and requests child support they will force him to get the test or toss him in jail.

He does not have to have anything to do with the girl or the kid if he does not want. That does not change his obligation to support him for the next 18 or so years.
