vitamins are good but it's best to talk to a dr or nutritionist so that they can talk to you about your diet and help you determine what vitamins are best for you.

4'11 and 70 lbs is not horrible. Im a guy and I was 5'10 and was under 100 lbs until what... 8th grade... some peoples bodies are different. I ran about 8 miles aday.. so that was why I was so scrawny.. but if its something like an eating disorder that's keeping you from being your weight then yeah I'd see a doctor

Taking vitamins is a very good idea. Be careful not to lose too much weight or you will end up in hospital.
I'm 16.
I was 5foot11 and weight 37kgs. Normal weight for someone my age and height is 56kgs. So be very careful. Eat good food, 3 meals a day, Keep taking your vitamins. And irons VERY good. Take them asswell :)

I was 4' 11'' and 60 lbs when I was 15. You really aren't that much underweight.
As long as you feel healthy and don't look sickly you should be fine. You probably have high metabolism. Eventually your metabolism will slow down and you will gain weight and wish you could get back to your skinny size.

Taking a multiple vitamin is good and I know when I was borderline anorexic taking vitamins kept me from turning into a full fledged anorexic.
