Help! I am really hurting bad. I can't sit or walk. I have I think might be an ingrown hair in the crack of my butt. I am 17 years old and don't know what to do.I got some black cream from the drug store and sat in hot water with Epsom salt in the tub. I went to bed last night with a heating pad on all night and still hurting like?? Can anyone help me to tell me what to do?

You NEED to go to the doctor. This may or may not be an infection called MRSA. It also could be something called a pilonidal cyst. This needs to be examined and treated by a doctor sooner rather than later.
