I have read alsmost all articles and posts there are about ways to get pregnant faster and boost fertility. We have been having sex every day right after my period and I lie down all night after the sex. Right before he cums I lie down with my legs up towards my chest for about 15-30 minutes. But my periods come and come. I also cut down on caffeine and drink only one cup a day. I recently read that I might have a tilted cervix so I need to be having sex in a doggy-style position for the sperm to reach the opening of the cervix. I was wondering if anyone had any luck in this position, and if in case my cervix is normally positioned can this affect my pregnancy (meaning prevent me from getting pregnant if I have sex in a doggy-style)? Also, I would like to add that I am having brown discharge right after my period for about 3 days now, can this mean anything? Please help... I would appreciate serious answers.

Okay now, sex, is sex, is sex... As long as the sperm reaches the egg it doesn't matter what position you use.
Depending on your husband's sperm count and sperm health, you can actually be preventing pregnancy by having sex on a daily basis. It takes 36-48 hours to rebuild a proper sperm count after ejaculation. Every other day is sufficient.
About your uterus, you can't tell what your uterus is over the internet. It takes a proper doctor's exam to determine the position of your uterus.
If you are not, you should be taking prenatal vitamins now. The contain folic acid and prevent conditions such as spina bifida in the growing fetus. This usually begins before a woman even knows she is pregnant and is irreversible.
The brown discharge is most likely the end products of the period. Meaning it is the old blood that was not shed during the period.
In the end, please know that it takes most healthy couples up to a year of actively trying before becoming pregnant.

j_9 covered everything :)
Don't make trying to conceive a ritual... just have fun and don't even think about it.
It helps :)
