I'm interested in doing aeronautical training center as my thesis project . I just wanted to know about what goes into the architecture of aeronautical training center or an architect whom I can contact for the required information

No... they are going to start constructing one... very soon... but I'm not able to get anything about the inform in net...

It's possible that if you contact anyone on those sites, that you might be able to find someone who has the kind of information that you need.

It's worth a try...
If you know that something new is being constructed, you might want to even contact local news media to see if someone knows something.
