The cuticle on 1 finger has disappeared and the nail is now bumpy (like it has a mountain in the middle) and has little white spots in it. I've tried antimicrobial solutions but they aren't working very well for me. It's been 2 months, should I be more patient with the antimicrobial or could it be something else?

I had the same problem about 2 years ago and I didn't do anything about it so it just kept on spreading from one nail to the other. I finally went to the doctor and they gave me some pills to take and it cleared up completely. You would have to go to the DR for it though because it's a prescibed drug. :)
