John Deere 518R walk behind tiller.
Question: The reverse will not ingage. I think it needs to be tightened because when I press the reverse lever the isn't much motion. Forward seem to have more motion. Please help! Thanks I grow

How do I tighten the reverse on my 518R?

Hi,
The reverse cable has adjustment nuts on it. Remove the shroud over the belts to check progress. The machine was made for Deere by Ariens, I think. Deere has the parts breakdown on it.
