I have been dating this guy for a little over a year now. We met online, and although it is long distance at the moment, we have been back and forth to visit each other. A girl I work with is constantly asking about us all the time. She also happens to be someone who seems to have trouble in relationships, and guys staying with her. In addition, she has made the comment "internet relationships never work. I give up on them" and is always trying to give me HER input and advice on relationships. I find this very annoying, because I never asked for her advice, nor do I need it. I am very happy, and if I was going to ask for advice, it wouldn't be from someone with multiple failed relationships. She continues to ask other coworkers rather than me about the latest or the status of my relationship, as well as other details of my life. Why doesn't she just ask ME about it? And why is she so focused on all the details of my personal life? What is she trying to do? Is she jealous or what? I started a new job 2 weeks ago, and I heard through the grapevine that she went to one of my coworkers and was asking about stuff about me. I don't even work there anymore! Why does she care?

It sounds like she is jealous of you. Since you've recently started a new job, I would forget about her and just live your life. If you do not want to encounter the same problem at your new job, then you should probably be more guarded with your personal information until you get to know people better.
