When I turn on the camera the lens goes in and out a few times and a message appears saying "access". This is then followed by a message telling me to turn off the camera and turn on again. The same thing happens again and again. I can view pictures but cannot take any. Any solutions?

Click on the solutions tab and type "access" in the 'Search the Knowledge Base' box, and if that fails try the Live Chat.
