Hi I have a deluxe high efficiency comfort maker the fan stop and I have to turn it by something inserting in it, so that the fan restarts to turn, but it stops after 10 or 15 minutes later, can you help me please? The model # is YE024G and the serial number is L934556389 I do not know what is the ton or the volt or the seer, we do not have heat in the house, Please serious answers, do I have to buy a whole unit or I just have to change the motor or the blade? Or the fan? Hope someone can help, Thanks

We are having problem with the condenser fan outside.

It is the condenser fan on the outdoor unit that does not start, after giving help it starts but stops in 10 minutes later, I do not know where to look for the capacitor.

Any body from Charlotte NC knows where I can get parts for this unit? Any hardware store?

Actually it sounds like the fan motor needs to be replaced. If it needs a new motor also get a new capacitor for the new motor. It is possible that the capacitor for the old motor is defective causing this problem also but you will need sepcial tools to test it or you will have to remove it and have it tested somewhere.

This is not a simple problem that anyone can fix. In order to remove the capacitor or motor for replacement not only will you need tools,and the skill to remove the items but also some electrical knowledge since they are wired in the unit.

The new parts you get will probably not be exactly the same and wiring modifications will have to be made.
